New macpherson struts or coilovers?

Hi guys I know there has been some posts on coil overs for gen 2 Camry.
I finnally got some cash put away for the Camry. At 271,000 miles the struts are long worn out. and going around a corner at 30 feels like it may flip over.., but with the strut bar helps out a bit.. so I figured I should go to you guys so I can make a educated decision for the Camry. I have a budget around say 300bucks.
I was debating what will coil overs do reliability, price, and performance...

Stock struts, how much would they go for .? I got a discount at O`realys, and which brand is good and can get the most for a good deal.. how are stock kybs go for , and proformance...

a whole set of kyb gr2 and new top mounts should fit your budget nicely
