Speakers/Door Locks

I have an '88 camry and I have a couple questions and for simplicity's sake i'm just gonna put em both in one post.

First: I am putting new speakers in my car, front ones went in just fine, but as far as the back ones, is there an easy way to be able to install new speakers while still keeping that bracket so I can put the stock 'covers' back on?

Second: I am putting power door locks into a car that didnt originally have em but there doesn't seem to be any easy place that I see to fit the actuators in, has anyone done this before? if so, where have you found to fit em in?

I can help with the rear speakers:

I have done it two ways in the past... You can buy an adapter (I think from Crutchfield) or you can take the stock rear speaker, cut out the cone and basket and use it to mount the new speaker.
