Will this tool work for installing the cam seal on my car ? I think I'm going to need it for the right hand cam seal considering how close it is to the shock tower.

I'm sure that tool would work great for that application. If $ are tight, you could make something very similar out of a PVC pipe fitting, a bolt, nut and couple of washers. I recently replaced the cam seal on my '91 Camry 4 cylinder and went the homemade tool approach. Probably cost less than $5.
