door stops or what are they called

hi guys need to replcae the door stop or wat ever it is it has those little cylinder like metal thin gs that stop the the door it bolts inside the quarter pannel just wondering how u get them out

heres the pic it the bit where the metal pin thing goes through the thing that is sitting inside the quartyer pannel
i want to the get the thing out thats sitting in the hole on the metal like pin thing so not the hanger

yea i can the pin out with no problem and that thing that joins to the door but i want to get the red thing out the rectangle hole

Don't mean to sound rude, but why do you need to remove them? You might be able to get to them from the other side (through the interior or engine bay, not sure which door this is for.)
