2nd Generation coolant question.

Hello guys , I recently changed and flushed the coolant on my 3s-fe, so far i noticed a couple of the holes were a little plugged. It does not overheat. Yet it pushes the coolant out of the overflow which is full. It runs smoothly, but I am nervous because the last time this happened was on my 1963 ford galaxie & it would overheat & I had to replace the head gaskets.. I am hoping that it would not mean the same for the camry . It is currently at 272,xxx miles , the engine has never been rebuilt.. What could it mean ? I always top it off just to be safe.. has anyone had this situation before?

what exactly is happening? coolant is supposed to be pushed into the overflow as it expands. if its loosing coolant you have a leak or a headgasket problem.

pretty sure you're looking at the coolant passages for the auto trans the manual trans doesn't need it so it just gets blocked off on the radiator. It's to cool down the oil of the auto trans just a pipe going through the bottom part of the radiator.

The overflow bottle shouldn't be full (when cold) - the cold fill line is just above the lower 'bulge' in the tank. If you have it filled to this level when cold and it overflows, you have a problem.

Replace your radiator cap to start with...

I topped off the overflow, after I flushed & changed the coolant , my friend told me to top it off in case the block didn't have enough coolant .. I think It may be overfilled, but I am going to replace the cap just to be safe , the rubber seals looked a little cracked.

Sounds like a good plan. Its ok to have the bottle full right after replacing coolant in case of bubbles (the 3s-fe is easy, but other cars can be difficult). Any cracks in the radiator cap will cause the problems you describe too (along with an overfilled bottle).
