2nd Generation Scored a sway bar

Found a totaled ES250 while at the local PickNPull this weekend. The sway bar was fully intact. Installed on the 90 DX and there is a noticeable difference. Nothing major but definitely worth the $20 I spent. Just wanted to share my excitement with everyone!

Congrats on your find man. The strut bar makes a huge difference in handling.

Ummm... swaybar or strut bar?

Swabar = suspension component that attached to the chassis and suspension to 'link' the movement of the two sides of the car to reduce body roll. Also known as an anti-sway bar or a anti-roll bar.

Strut bar = chassis stiffening component that attaches to the tops of the strut towers to stiffen chassis, does nothing to suspension travel, but allows the suspension to work 'better' by having a stronger platform to work from.

Adding or upgrading a swaybar will make a HUGE difference, a strut bar might make a noticeable difference, depending on the car and the strut bar design.

I remember adding both the strut bar and the sway bar (whiteline). For me, the sway bar made a huuuggee difference! I would also suggest that if you haven't. The strut bar was a great part to add on because its a bit easier to install and a bit cheaper. Plus it looks cool when you pop the hood!
Congrats on the strut bar find and install! I paid $120 new from a dealer for my strut bar 5 yrs ago ... $20 from a junk yard is probably a much smarter decision.
If you haven't done the sway bars, I would recommend them. If you already have done the sway bars, I think you have a great setup!
