Thumbs down My neighbors "likes" my Camry!

This is what I found while checking my front brakes:
Someone tried to slash it on the inside to cause the unexpected tire blow- out

Do I need to be afraid of foreign terrorists while my friendly neighbors can do such things to me (most likely just for fun) (and by the way I am living in the middle class neighborhood)

That's far too clean for a scrape. I've taken out tires due to scrapes, they're nowhere nearly such a clean swipe type of damage. Usually a massive scuffed area and around the middle the tire is worn thin enough to blow out.

Besides, what could he do to get such a linear scrape on the inside of his tire?

Do you have a garage you can park it in, Doctor J?
