Air Duct plugged UP?

I'm getting a 89 Camry back on the road, and after several fixes, fuel tank removed and fuel pump replaced, tires all flat spotted and several dry-rotted so replaced, radiator flushed and new antifreeze, brake fluid flushed and replaced, new brakes, new exhaust, exterior scrubbed several times to remove all the grime and then waxed, WHEW! Now I got it on the road, and after charging the air on it, I have no air movement through any of the vents, tho the blower motor is running fine. I pulled the blower out, and no problem there, blew through the blower housing with my air compressor hose 120# of air, hardly any air felt at vents regardless of where the control is set. I hear the flap moving and all cables are good. So I began pulling everything apart to pull the dash to get down to the ducts, HOW do the control cable clips come off the heat controls? I see the small square white clips, but can't get them to pry up, or loose to remove the cables? Please advise? THANKS, dlg

You probably have a clog at the heater core / A/C evaporator. You might be able to get to it through the opening for the fan motor - at least enough to see (errr... feel) if it is the problem.
