Question Need some help with fuses/relays

Hello Everyone. My first post. I just signed up in hopes that someone here can help me track down a diagram/chart.
Yesterday a friend of the family gifted me his 1988 Camry wagon. It has 195k miles and runs great. After sitting for a year and being an old vehicle it has some gremlins.

One of the issues is the automatic seat belts, which I know is a common issue. After doing some research I discovered that wiggling one of the driver's side kick panel relays/circuit breakers turns it on and off as well as the door chime cuts in and out. This is definitely the issue and needs to be replaced but I need information on what these things are.
I have included a pic so you can see what I'm talking about...

Specifically I need is a chart/diagram of the relays/circuit breakers above the fuses in the driver's side kick panel.
Unfortunately I can't find anything on google and don't have a manual.
Anyone who can help me will be considered a God.

Those two metal topped things are 30A circuit breakers. The one you point to should be for the power windows and door locks - but the one below it should be the one you are interested in - the Automatic Shoulder Belt circuit breaker.

I haven't see people have problems with those circuit breakers directly - I would try tracking down the problem in the driver's side door wiring (specifically, the harness where it goes between the body and door). I bet you find a couple wires that are shorted or broken in there. The shoulder belt switch in the door along with the limit switches (on the belt track) are also known to have problems. There is also a link in the stickies at the top of this forum with a nice thread on troubleshooting the auto seatbelt system.

You can find the wiring diagram around the internet by searching for "90_EWD.pdf" I won't link to it directly, because Toyota likes to shut down sites that have it...

Ah yes! Thank you. I found the 90_EWD.pdf and you were right, I pointed to the wrong one. I have updated the pic to point to the bottom one. When wiggling everything works and is now staying on all the time. I don't think it's caused by the wires in the door, Wiggling those does nothing.

Can I just stick a paper clip or pin in the circuit breaker while it's plugged in or do I have to take it out. It's in there pretty good and I feel like I'm going to break something if I try to take it out.

Thank you very much Charlie.

Thumbs up

Nevermind!
I removed the one from the drivers side, pushed a small screw driver through the hole to reset it, put it back in, and now the door chime and automatic seatbelts work full time even while wiggling.

I also did the same thing for the passenger side kick panel. (When wiggling the air would turn on and off). Took out the heater circuit breaker, reset it, put it back in and now the heat/air works full time.

That solved two of my major electrical issues for now. Thanks a lot!!
