89 Camry. Mouse Squeak Noise?

Hi my car has been making a mouse like squeak noise during start up and shut down of engine, it also squeaks going over speed bumps or similar. This is not a constant squeak like from a belt, but something very similar to a mouse, ive tried to locate it but it has been very difficult to find. Any ideas on what it could be? And how it could be fixed?

A mouse. Mouse traps.

To be honest? Not sure. There are about a million and one things with these vehicles that can cause a squeak like you've described... Check engine mounts and the like, those come to mind for whatever reason.

Would a blown strut squeak while you're starting the engine, though? It sounds like something that has a direct link to the engine while starting and then when he hits a bump it rocks the engine around.
