Scanned Manuals or Wiring Diagrams?

Hello again..

Have googled about and have seen references to long dead links.. but nothing even semi-recent..

Has anyone a scanned copy of the factory service manual or, even better, the TEWD / Wiring diagram for a '91?

I know I can find them all on eBay.. just trying for a budget friendly route first..

Buying the books off eBay may be your best bet, that is what I ended up doing, wish I would have done it sooner. About $80 for the two volume repair set and the wiring diagram book.

At times it is nice to have a real hard copy to page through, but the advantage of having an electronic version that the needed pages can be printed from and get dirty and thrown away is nice sometimes too.

Good Luck.

Technically it is illegal for anybody to sell or distribute copies of a service manual. They are copyrighted items. Not something that should be done - especially on the site.

Nogard,

Yeah, and about 10 minutes after I posted last night I said screw it and bought the manual and tewd .. Ive got a good sized library of old Toyota manuals from the 60's 70's and some 80's.. and have never paid more than 10-20$ for a book.. hell, usually in the 5-10$ range.. that's why I hesitated to spend $100 (after shipping) on the pair.. but eh, whatever... it's done..

cheers,

Brett

Electronic versions are nice, but hard to find for old Toyotas unless they were scanned from a hard copy.

As a Toyota technician I have access to TIS, but theres no repair info or wiring diagrams for the old cars.
