Line out of bottom of Charcoal Filter

I am working on a 1991 Toyota Camry V6 2.5L. I have a hose that comes out of the charcoal filter, and then attaches to a hard line. Where does the opposite end of the hard line go too? I can not find where it goes. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Moister drain, dangles out the bottom, between the frame area

So it does not attach to anything?

It goes into the crossmember, look for a rubber grommet.

^^ it goes into a hole in the cross member that runs left/right of the car.
