Car unusually pulls to one side

My car drives str8 for the most part. As some of you may already know, I replaced most of the front end parts & the car has recently been aligned.

There is, however a small issue that has existed b4 & after the front end repairs & wheel alignment. When stationary, a subtle noise can be heard (similar to a spring releasing tension in a spring mattress) when a full lock is made. After the sound is heard the car pulls to whichever side the full lock was made when the car start going.

If 1 Lock is made opposite to the direction in which the car pulls, the sound is heard again, but not as pronounced & the car drives str8 again. This only happens when the full lock is made when the car is stationary @ idle.

Could any one advise me on what it could be?

possibly your rack and pinion needs to be checked out?
