Ok, lately when I get into my car at a cold start, and its been going for a min, I start hearing a noise like the alt. is going out, but its not... I've put my ear to it and it sounds like its coming from the exhaust manifold. But once she warms up, doesn't do the noise. Could this be my issue?
What does this "failing alternator" noise sound like? Leaking exhaust can make some of the damnedest noises... May be worth pulling the manifold and replacing the gasket.

The guy in that video solved his problem, PS fluid was low.

That happens when the timing belt is too tight, it makes the water pump whine like that. Solution is to make sure the timing belt is tensioned properly, or replace the timing belt because some of the aftermarket ones are slightly out of spec and cause that.
Assuming your alternator is not the culprit.

I got the answer to this whinning noise, it does it when it gets real cold out, on a cold start when I'm letting my car sit and warm up. I was in my car when the whinning noise started and my mom's boyfriend said it was something in the tranny behind the clutch plate. So when it started whinning I would push my clutch in, it'd stop, let the clutch out, it'd do it again. Once it warms up, it quits. Is this something major to worry about like get it delt with now or soon or can I let it just go and ignore it. Its not noticeable during driving while its still cold.
That sounds like a failing throw out/release bearing. Also known as a thrust bearing.

When I was doing a google, I found a post in this forum from somewhere that's the same kinda thing as me. When I depress the clutch the noise stops, when I release it, it starts again till warm.
When the release bearing starts to go, it does make noise. Pressing on the clutch puts pressure on the bearing and stops it from vibrating, hence the noise stops. To replace it, it's the same thing as doing a clutch job, you have to pull the transmission.
