Most likely cause is a valve cover gasket leak.

What I do is degrease the whole engine and engine bay then drive it a couple days then you should be able to see where the leak is.

In addition to the valve cover gasket mentioned by whitedx90 there is also a little plate back on the firewall side of the engine that covers up the hole where a mechanical fuel pump was used on older versions of this 2SE engine. They can also leak requiring a new gasket and a bit of silicone.

I always wondered what that sealed flange area was for...I checked a bit closer and wiped a tissue along the area right below the valve cover...not really any oil, pretty clean, but there does seem to be more oil type stuff present below the head seam, I fairly convinced then that the oil I see is from some oil seeping out along there. It's not major leakage....I've seen that from my other car and its valve cover...so I'll wait a while till better weather comes to take it apart.
