I have a 87 camry and it idles rather high. The screw by the butterfly is all the way in and I don't know where to put the adjuster screw at for the air fuel (i'm guessing that is what it is on the passenger side of the intake).

With the a/c off it is ok but once you turn it on it has no takeoff until it gets to about 3000 rpm.

Get a Haynes manual and research it yourself.
