Air Conditioning fuse blows out quickly (1990 Camry Wagon)

The air conditioning fuse for my Camry Wagon blows out quickly upon replacement. The air conmditioner appears to work for a few seconds, and then the cool air stops and the fuse is blown. Is this definately an electorial problem?

you have a short in the AC circuit. Basically you can retrace the wiring in that circuit and try and find where the short is. But that shouldnt effect your inspection, that dont check the ac. And if it doesnt work, they cant deny you a inpection sticker.
