I am trying to remove my oil pan to do the oil pan gasket, I got all the bolts unbolted but I can get the oil pan out, do I have to loosen up the dogbone motor mount and the front mount...?? or is there a tranny mount in the way???

You should jsut have to remove the bolts that hold it on. Once you do this though you will have to use a small screwdriver or something like that to wedge in between the cylinder block and the oil pan to seperate them. IT is not jsut going to fall off when you get all the bolts out of it. y

What cyorke said.

There is nothing blocking the removal of the pan down there, just watch out for some "hidden" bolts around the exhaust/transmission. I say "hidden" because they're a little hard to spot if you don't have good lighting from below.

Figure about twenty minutes, not including the time spent letting the oil drain out.

3rd Generation

I just did my oil pan today after letting it sit for a week. There are 17 bolts and 2 nuts holding the oil pan. Make sure you have all those remove and just use a flat screw drive or putty knife to wedge between the pan and engine block. It took me almost 5 hrs to reinstall everything from oil pan, stiffener and exhaust pipe. BTW, I've used cork gasket to seal my oil pan even though everyone told me to use RTV/Silicon gasket maker only and then torque it to spec. About 48 inch lbs. I hope that helps and goodluck.
