2000 Camry V6 Engine sluggish at idle

Hi guys, I have searched the forum but I can't get a definite answer on what the problems might be, some said it's the vacuum hose, some said other wise. but everyone's issue seems a little different than mine. Here is the problem:

The car can be idling and the RPM can drop to 100 or some times even below and some times it will stall and some times it may not.. so when you accelerate the car some times recover from the low RPM and some times it just simply stall. and it rarly happends during cold start, and not usually the first start, it normally happens after you parked the car and goes into grocery shopping and when you come out and start the engine it will some times happens, not all the time..

I am quite puzzled on what it is, there is not check engine light, and I do have a OBD II code reader, but I havn't tried to see if there is any code. maybe I should just for the heck of it. any how, I like to have expert's suggestion here. You guys seems to be very technical while I am completely lost on what the problem could be.

UPDATE: There is not code stored in the computer, I kind of figured as there is no check engine light.

Guys, I really need your help, any ideas or suggestions about this issue? Other than that the car runs smooth like new.

chekc your ignition system. either its not firing or its misfiring, could be due to a bad air/fuel mixture.

a vacuum leak usually RAISES idle rpm, not lower it.

The ignition system, are you referring to the distributor cap? and a bad air/fuel mixture, is that a hard fix? sorry.. I can fix BMW, but I can't fix a Toyota.
