3rd Generation What parts are compatable w gen3 & 4?

If I am not mistaken the two platforms where quite identical until the gen 5's. I currently have a gen 3 i4 (auto) and wanted to do full suspension (springs, struts, bars), headers, and maybe eventually a rippmods supercharger. My question is: If I upgrade to a gen 4.5 (i4 manual) later, what parts will I be able to scavange.

I don't think you'd be able to get that many parts into a gen 4 from a gen 3.
