I went to meinkie to replace the front part of exhaust flex area is cracked they are telling me over 500 for part not even icluding labor...now the guy said can probably do better on the part price..but didn't give me definite answer how much should this job cost me including labor any ideas?andre

While your at it... why don't you get a bigger Y-pipe made? You'll free up some back-pressure and some HP (like 4-7 lol) It's a good idea.

125 front wheel horsepower with major retard issues between 4500-5200RPM -
OD switched off, even when not in 3rd results in major power loss/rpm drop.
Same fuckers that put twice the amount of engine oil in my car which resulted in a blown engine....... NEVER GO THERE!!!! BTW that part is pretty cheap and a local muffler shop should weld it on for you, tfor next to nothing. $500 is a jip.
