OK, this is really dumb, but i'm telling the truth

I've never seen a Gen3 XLE before, i mean, i've never seen a gen3 with an XLE badge on the back? IS there actually gen3s that have this badge on the back? Cause i've only seen the XLE badge on gen4 and gen5 cars. Am I missing something incredibly stupid here?

yep I have one too. says "XLE" on the back trunlid above the passenger side tail lamp

There is no XLE Gen3 in Canada, BUT you can get all the option on the LE to make it a XLE without the XLE badge on the back.

I'm located at Montreal (Quebec/Canada) and I saw many XLE Gen 3 Camry

They have the sunroof, leather, everything and the "xle" badge on the trunk

dont think they made a XLE in canda.. and the XLE that are in canada were US imports.. My Uncle had the similar issue when he went out to by it in 96..

Unfortunately I just got an SE V6 5spd :P
There is no XLE with Manual transmission

actually in BC / vancouver area... XLE was sold here... there's lots here.. my ex had them.. my dad's friend had one.. they were all bought in canada... XLE is basically camry dipped in gold... as if driving the ES300 already.. just different bumpers... almost no difference between the 2 cars... except for suspension... as for not being made in canada there are tons of XLE here.. as with cars at that time.. options and models were not available in some areas or were called differently... like the 93 accord EX-R ( is basically an LX in the US)
