Chrome Door Handles on a Gen 4

Would outside chrome door handles look good on a Gen 4 Camry? I'm thinking about getting some. My car is all black, but I'm not sure if the chrome door handles will look good on it. What do you guys think?

I would not go that way IMHO. Why not just get something else a little more useful? I'm sure theres something else you can buy for the same money and won't look as cheesy. My $0.02

They are kinda ghetto-looking in my opinion, but it's your car- do what you want to it.

I think they'd look okay on a Gen. 5, but not on a Gen 4.

I was searching for some chrome door handles for my Black Gen 4 a few months back. after alot of searching, no one makes actually makes chromed door handles for the Gen 4.

You would have to get them Chrome Plated by a specialty shop. The quotes I got for the door handles ranged from $180- $230 for chroming the 4 handles.

A little bit of chrome looks nice, but I think it would standout too much on the exterior door handles.

Personally, I want to get chrome inside door handles. The Camry Gallery edition had them and they look much better than the cheap looking stock handles.

That's what I was originally searching for when I found exterior chrome handles on eBay. It was only $20 so I thought about getting them for the heck of it, but I ended up letting them pass by. Speaking of inside chrom handles, does anyone know how I can accomplish this for my Gen 4? I haven't found anywhere that makes them or sells them.

I would only do it if I had already installed a chrome chain link steering wheel, chain link license plate frame, mudflaps with the chrome naked lady, fake chrome hood louvers, a la cucaracha horn, a bobble head chihuahua on the rear deck, and of course hydraulics. Then take it to Tijuana, it will be worth a mint.
