2001 Camry EGR VSV

2001 Camry 4 cyl
CEL -Code P0401. I have followed the instructions in this forum and the only component I can't check is the EGR VSV located on the underside of the manifold. I have car ramps and took a quick look at it tonight. Even though I can see it I am not sure I will be able to remove/replace from under the car on my back.

Is this the best way to get to this part? Will I be able to replace it this way or is this something best left to the mechanic?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I took the passenger wheel off and it made it easier to take off and put the new one on. If you are not a shade tree mechanic than I'd let the mechanic do it.
