3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Saw this on street today, didn't even know there's a gen 3.5 soft top existed. There's a sedan turned convertiable gen 3.5, soft top gen 3.5, I wonder what would be next...
it probably didn't come that way! there's place that put those custom carpet or soft kits on there for you, i think on a different color car and a different type of kit that it would look pretty cool, kinda like those older caddies. but to each his own though, i think it could look pretty nice!

It is not a convertible it is a vinyl/landau type top that you can hav eput on after you purchase it or sometime the dealers will incude it in the price of the deal for you.
There was shop here in Nashville that we used to send some to to ahve that done. It is just like the tops on the old Caddies and Lincolns and every other american car produced from teh mid 70's to at leas tthe mid 90's.
