Haynes and Chilton are the most well known publishers of auto service manuals. Their books are OK, but one manual fits many car years. Do a web search for on-line vendors, many places are mail order.
You can check with a dealer, but I am pretty sure Toyota stopped publishing shop manuals for these years of cars long ago.
Ebay from time to time has manuals; sometimes these are original factory manuals.
As to the key problem, try to rotate the steering wheel from side to side when turning the key. Sometimes you may need to force the wheel against the stop before the key will turn. Your key could also be worn out. Dont just have another key made from the old one. You will end up with a "new," but worn out key. The Toyota dealer or a competent locksmith should be able to make a new key from info found on the car. Call ahead to see what they will need.
I am not sure, but it may be possible to remove only the lock cylinder and replace it and the key. You will need to check with a dealer or locksmith about this.
