No power to radio (92 Camry)

I have a 92 Camry and the oem radio does not work. I checked the fuses and they were all good. The Camry has the anti-theft system in it. I press the power button and nothing happens, no radio, antenna does not go up. I thought I had checked everything and assumed that the radio unit itself finally gave up. Bought another radio off of ebay and still nothing. Seller guaranteed that the radio was working. Is there something besides the fuses that I should check? Or is it something to do with the anti-theft system?

Not the antitheft if another radio did not work. Is there ANYTHING else not working? Such as the dome light, cig light, ashtray light? Or JUST the radio itself?

Use a 12V light bulb or voltmeter to determine if you are getting 12V at the radio.

Thanks for the replies. Everything else works, dome light, cig lighter, etc. Just nothing from the radio. I will check the connector and see if I am getting any power there.

Added on later in the day: I tested each of the contacts on the blue connector that goes into the back of the radio and I did not get any 12v readings anywhere. I took out the center console, traced the wires to a box located under the passenger seat. I did a continuity check on some of the wires, but not all. Just what is this item under the passenger seat? Is it the controller for the anti theft system? If so, what are the possibilities that there is an internal problem with this unit. Any help is greatly appreciated.

had problem w/cd player jamming three times over a period of 6 months. each time disconnected battery after connectiong battery cd came out after third time nothing happened no power at all also thoughts about anti theft no help at local dealer or with toyota main office in states any help out there thanks
