2001 Toyota Camry problems, is it cursed?

here's all the problems ive had so far with the car.

i got it off a lease (my grandma) it only had 19,000 on it at the time.

1. it wouldn't let you fill the tank up, the pump would shut off after putting like a gallon in it, as if it was filled when the tank was empty. (this evenutally just went away)
2. passenger side window died a slow death (replaced window motor, now driver side window motor seems like its either deing or a wire is loose.)
3. during the first start of the day the car would sound like it was stalling and eventually would just die then after starting it up again no problems, service light went on after a few days took it to toyota paid like $500 for it, they said there was a bunch of wires loose, it needed new spark plugs and they cleaned the engine up (probably just a bunch of bull shit because my dads chevy blazer's sparkplugs hasnt been changed since he bought the car that was like 4 years ago.)
4. one year later the problem came back, but after i took it in for service they couldnt find the answer and after about a week of doing it, it just disapeared. no idea
5. now the back tail light, the one thats located by the back window just went out and i have no idea if its wiring or just the fact that the light went out.. but does that light ever go out i mean ive never heard of it going out

i now have about 39k miles and change.. and i just wanted to know if my car is possessed or do these problems seem common?

#5 Probably just the bulb, I've replaced mine 3-4 times...ez fix! instructions for DIY are in the owners manual.
#1 Had air in the tank maybe, not sure why!
#2 With the low miles I'd taken it to the dealer, these don't die that early, they'd probably fixed it for free!
#3 Have the throttle body cleaned or do it yourself, use the search, Grandma probably took it pretty easy on the car for 19k, I have a feeling you drive it alittle harder!
These are just guesses on my part and most of what your experencing are minor, the car should last you a long time...just needs some TLC.....Good luck!

1) be gentle, some girls like it ruff, some girls don't, same applies to cars, when I went to NJ I had problem to fill up my 540, then I move the pump slightly out about 1" and it pumps fine, you have to give it enough space so the air can come out. If not, get your fuel neck checked.

2) take the door card off, your warranty is already passed, and install some new speakers while at it.

3) sounds like fuel filter.

4) sounds like fuel filter or somewhere in the fuel system there's a clogged, or may be even possible the be coil pack/rotor hat.

5) you mean the 3rd brake light? yea they do go out, they are light bulbs after all, unless they are LEDs, don't count on them to be superman like.
