4th Generation Removing fusebox

Does anyone know how to move that damned fuse box out of the way so i can get the air duct out of there? I want to put in another tube to make it a cai and maybe deepen the sound a little bit. Heres a pic of the air duct im talking about. i cant figure out which bolts i need to take out. And i suppose there are clips too? Anywho, heres the pic:

there is the black clip under the battery trey, 2 bronze screws that bolts up to the fender, its sandwiched between the box and the fender(can only get in there with a small wrench, 10mm i think but not sure). After you do all that there is a clip towards the back of the box, facing the front windshield. Once you hook that you will be able to push the box down enough to take out the air duct. Its hard to explain but easy to do. It took me a while to figure it out. Hope this helps, if you got any other questions just ask.
