Cost to replace front bumper on 1999 Camry (in California)?

My friend just got the car in an accident avoiding a rodent in the road, hit the center divide damaging a tire, the bumper, and the paint on the front quarter panel and along the passengerside doors. I've had the wheel and tire replaced and allignment done (all fine now), but I think the bumper will need to be replaced.

What does it cost to replace the bumper on a 1999 Camry LE usually? If you know the cost of parts or the number of hours of labor involved that would be great too.

Also, anyone know how well the paint repair can turn out? Is it possible to do well on these or is a new paint job in order?

Thanks for the help!

you can get a aftermarket one for like 100 and then paint costs which depends on what you want for that. Installation you can do easily yourself
