Smile 1998 Camry jerks slightly when gears shift

For the past few weeks, my 1998 Camry jerks slightly when the gears shift. (It is a 4 cylinder automatic with 70,000 miles). It doesn't jerk very bad but it is still annoying. I haven't changed the spark plugs before and haven't had a transmission service for several years. Would replacing the spark plugs or transmission fluid help alleviate this problem?

If you haven't changed the spark plugs in at least 30,000 miles , I'd recommend you change them but it really depends on what the material your spark plug is made out of(i.e. iridium, copper, platinum). As for the transmission, does it jerk in each gear while you step on the brakes(Besides shifting while driving)?
