One thick one is to engine/transmission area near starter. Then a thinner one to body, below battery tray

i am stump. the bolt(14mm) that i suspect doesnt fit into the ring. it has to be a 12mm but there are several places that the wire can reach, can someone clarify this for me?

thanks,
