99 Camry power mirror problem & others

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have a few questions, this is to fix my friend's 99 Camry.

First, the power mirror on the driver side does not work. She said she had someone fix it before and it only worked for a few seconds, twice. This leads me to believe that the guy replaced a fuse and it burned out twice. I did a search on power mirror and couldn't find any results. My guess is a short somewhere but wondering if anyone has run into this and know of a usual suspect.

Second, the tail lamp failure indicator goes on whenever the brake is depressed. I did a search and replaced all bulbs, no luck. I am thinking now it's a bad wire in the trunk harness and I'll take that apart next.

Last, is there a PDF version of the factory service manual for this car?

TIA

Hey, it's was only 2 1/2 hours. The site is not monitored 24/7. Lots of questions get quick answers, and some may take hours or a day or so. No doubt someone will reply.
