Extended oil filter for 2.2L 2000?

I need the part number of an extended oil filter for 2000 Camry 2.2L

Something I can provide at Advanced Auto/Autozone or NAPA even.

I've always used Purolator Pure One.

I plan to use Mobil 1 5w20 FWIW to preempt the sludge problem.

If you want larger filter, look up the filter for 2002 Camry 2.4l

Recommended oil is 5W-30 or 10W-30!! 5W-20 is not recommended by Toyota.

Use the oil filter for the V6 model. It's the bigger one on the right.

5W-30 is what you want. I've used Castrol GTX, changed the oil every 3000 miles and never had a problem.

Check the owner’s manual for the recommended oil viscosity. 5W-30 or 10W-30 is recommended depending on the air temperature range the car is driven in.

Do you know if it has an anti-drain back valve (like the 4 cyl does - guessing anyway)? What about some sort of internal pressure relief (4 cyl and 6 have same oil pressure specs?)? Just some thoughts...

It's identical to the 4-cyl oil filter (even the price!) except for the size.

I've never had any problems since I started using it.

No leaking issue even though the gasket is larger?

Use the longer one for the 2.4L 2AZ-FE.

The filter for the 3.0L V6 1MZ-FE will not fit.

I stand corrected.

I thought the 90915-YZZF1 filter I posted was the oil filter for the V6 (1MZ-FE) model, but after checking, I found that it's for the 2AZ-FE model.

The 1MZ-FE V6 models use 90915-YZZD1.

Well, I had the engine wrong, but I had the filter correct. I'm glad I posted the pic.

The gasket's ID on the V6 filter is slightly smaller than the OD on the I4, which is why I asked. But since you are not having a problem, it seems like a good solution.

You can find the specs on http://www.wixfilters.com

No.

For a 5S-FE, use 90915-YZZF2 or 90915-YZZF1. YZZF1 is just taller.

YZZF2 replaced YZZA2

YZZF1 replaced YZZA1

I am confused. So which filter is it? For 5S-FE? 2AZ-FE - and where do I get it? Advanced Auto?

Is anything available on ebay?
