the injen sri does come with a carb legal sticker on it to show that it is legal in all 50 states. =]. i bought mine for my gen 4 (97). honestly i dont notice a difference unless im going 70+ but even then it might just be in my head.

the way toyota engines are designed theres more high end power compared to hondas. quality reasons i guess

more high end power than honda's where thats only*lol* where those vtec's kick in and give the honda its power only on top thats weird.

I would save your money. SRI don't do anything in terms of power.

And throttle response is slightly increased, and in my case I saw an increase in gas mileage.
