4th Generation 16 Inch rims

Hi all. I currently have 14 Inch rims on my ride and would like to install 16 Inch rims on it. i would like to know that will it fit or do i have to make adjustment. or is it a good idea to install 15 inch rims. i have read somewhere in the forum that the gen4 XLE has 16's on it but i have never seen one. i am thinking of the 2002 se rims which are 16's. the tires for the 16's are 215/60/R16 for camry .is it correct. Secondly, will there be an increase in ride height which will be benificial.

Thanks

Try a search next time friend, you can get lots of answers in the Offset/wheel sticky.

you can put anything up to 20" but youll need shorter tires to compensate.

sorta how 14" rims = 195/70/14 tires
15" rims = 205/65/15 tires
16" rims - 205/60/16 or 215/55/16 tires.....etc

and if you are going aftermarket, make sure to lern about wheel offsets, centerbores, and lug patterns before buying.

Good Luck!
