4th Generation Big Problem! Please Help!

ok well i got problem with my 97 2.2....sometimes i go to start my car and it will turn over but then all off a sudden 1 second later the rpm's drop to 0 and the car turns off...it doesnt do this all of the time...but it will sometimes take me 2-3 cranks to get it started....the car has 110,000 miles on it...i was thinking fuel injectors but im not sure....please help me!!!

mine does that sometimes, u have to hold the gas on it until it fixes itself. The mechanic said it was the dirty errr i cant remember i think it was the iac or icv. He cleaned it once and it was fine for a while but now pops up once in a great while

ok cool...should i spray into the throttle body cauz the iac hole is there or should i take the whole thing apart?

i dont know whether to use Techron Fuel system cleaner or seafoam in the gas? i dont know which one is a better technique...i still have to clean my iac i have a feeling it is very dirty
