4th Generation Catalytic Converter Replacement

New guy here. I've got a 2000 Camry V6 - 5sp, non California. Got a P0420 code and the rear O2 is swinging through a large range, so I am looking to replace the catalytic converter. The dealer wants a ridiculous amount of money (~$1,400) for the front pipe with catalytic converter. I found some replacements on line and they are more reasonable. Below is a link to these converters.

I am looking at the Eastern Catalytic products. One of them has pre-Cat (?) and the other does not. What is the pre-Cat and do I need it?
