Watch it very closely though, to make sure it does not get worse. Also, if you have a V6, also change the Tensioner and the Crank Seals. Those are cheap, so while it's opened, you may as well do it. This is not a cheap job on the V6's though. May be around 500 Euro's. the I4 is cheaper to do. Just make sure you get a good mechanic. And I'd recommend to use OEM Toyota parts for this.

Especially the timing belt.
