Canada broke ABS sensor; need used parts

Hi all,

Was working on my friend's 95 Camry V6 LE 4-door today. Replaced the right half CV boots but we broke the ABS speed sensor wires.

As I tried to remove the ABS speed sensor itself from the steering knuckle, it snapped in two! The actual sensor with the magnets and the coil of fine copper wire... Ouch.

Any advice on how you normally remove the sensor? And now that we've broken it, how would we remove the remaining bit?

So, firstly, we urgently need a sensor (i.e. the sensor proper and the wiring), for the Bosch system. Any one have an extra?

Secondly, we're looking for recommendations of used parts shop in the Greater Toronto Area. There are other small busted parts on the car we want to replace (e.g. cigarette lighter socket, fresh headlight lenses, etc.).

cheers, TIA, and happy motoring,
bla
