3rd Generation 3vz-fe owners please help!

I've been through my Haynes manual and can't find this info, so please direct me to where i can find it or tell me if you happen to know.
1. what is the name of the sensor with a grey cap on it right next to the green capped ECT sensor? it's the bigger of the 2 sensors, but i can't find out what its name is or what it's for or what ohm reading its supposed to be. mine reads 75 ohms on it and the harness connector has NO voltage (5 or 12v) on it with the key on.
2. also, what is name of the VSV vacuum switching valve to the right of the ACIS vacuum accentuator valve right under the plastic V6 cover? it has a brown cap on it i believe and mine shows infinity ohms (open) and applied 12v won't make it switch so i'm assuming it's bad, but don't know what it's for. it appears to be a switch controlling a small vacuum circuit from the intake manifold to the front fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. i thought it was the EGR VSV but this valve doesn't appear to connect to the exhaust or the EGR so i'm stumped.
3. lastly, if anyone has any suggestions how i can obtain the vacuum modulator/actuator that works the ACIS butterfly on the passenger side of the intake plenum, i'd sure appreciate it. toyota wants me to buy the whole plennum cap with the cold start injector and butterfly and vacuum pot, but that's a fortune.
thanks much for any and all help.

Cool

It's a VSV not a Flux Capacitor. You can replace it with a junked VSV, or any other VSV that opens with 9-14v.
They are booth coolant temp sensors. One is for the TCCU, the other is for the cooling fan ECU.

thanks much for the answers. would you happen to know what this 2nd vsv is for that apears to control vacuum from the fuel rail to the intake?
and, what would be the correct resistance for the tccu coolant sensor? does 75 ohms sound about right?
