Bleeding Master Brake Cylinder HELP!

I need to replace the master cylinder and I don't know how to bleed it. I found this:

Bleeding Master Cylinder;
1. Disconnect the brake lines from the master cylinder.
2. slowly depress the brake pedal and hold it.
3. Block off the outer holes (should be two holes) with your fingers and release the brake pedal.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3. Repeat 4 times.

It's a little vague and since I'm completely replacing it and want to do it right the first time. I ask for the help of the TN Camry gods please.

This is an example. You need to "recirculate" fuild through it before it is put back on the car. You insert a screwdriver where the pushrod goes and pump it. When it is "bench Bled you then bleed the entire system. by pumping to create pressure and then while holding the pedal down you open the bleeding screws on the caliper.

my friend helped me replaced the brake master cylinder on a 94 camry v6, i did not have access to bench bleed, so we use a poor man solution, just remove the old master cylinder, and put a new one in, and loose each inlet and outlet on the master cylinder at a time and let fluid out while one pumps the brake and monitor the fluid ensure it was bubble free, and keep pouring new brake fluid in the brake reservior. seem to be working for me, pretty sure it is not the profesional way to do.
