this is the link to my completed swap
http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t169517.html

and this is my blown 5sfe turbo aswell as the i4 suspension axles and brakes

^pic courtesy of asg14

the swap isn't hard at all. it's alot easier then the 3sgte swap. there is absolutely no fabrication at all. the only problem with mine was the fact that 92-94 v6 camry's had hydrolic fans. but i installed that without modding anything. projectcam wasgoing to buy a solara with a 1mz to put in his 93. theeasiest way for the swap is to switch suframes with the suspension attached. (a total of 16 nuts and bolts *10 on the subframe *6 on the strut towers)

every one who has not done any swap of their own need not give any opinion on the subject of what is easier. because paying for it to be done is easier but costs money.

edit: brakes shouldnt be on that list then.. cause you dont need to upgrade the brakes to have the v6 put in (of course).. BUT its better if you do, cause obviously "the bigger the better" rule applies in this case.

dude just swap the subframe and call it a day there will be less hassle
and you can swap your struts/springs in when your swap is done

Cool

3-4 grand??? 3-4 grand will set your ass in another car that's better. Between the two, by the time you spend the money for a 3s-gte swap, you'd still have a faster, more reliable mostly original v6 sitting in the engine bay. Or you can save the differance & have money in the bank while having a faster, more economical car than a 3s-gte would be right out of the box.
