I'm not sure what's wrong with it. It doesn't like to go 3rd to 4th, or 5th to 4th. Also, it grinds every gear when it's cold, and sometimes it wont go into reverse.

*edit* and the clutch was replaced about 10-15k ago, so i know it's not that.

Did you look at the shift cables or to see if the clutch fork is moving the required distance, master/slave cylinder?

syncromesh! i think ratko had that problems too (grinding harsh engaugement) he found that syncromesh helped alot with it. i sometimes have a few issues like that, but it been getting better with my car (just got it from a junk yard). going to try it soon and see how it works.

tranny fluid it's actualy rated by amsoil as being 5w-30 but pensoil states it's around 75w. but you can go to autozone and pick up a few bottles of the pensoil stuff or get the real stuff from the gm dealership.

yup drain and fill, i also it's a much thiner fluid so your going to at least notice your car to be a little quicker. i think the fill is like 5.4qt or something like that.
