Few Questions for my 97 camry

Hey, I'm new to the forums. I just wanted to ask some questions regarding my 97 camry which i'm planning to install a few stuff.

1. I just bought an exhaust pipe tip for my camry off of eBay and I was wondering how do i install it? I seen people install it before but never myself. Is it just a simple slip on the pipe and screw on the screw without any wielding needed?

2. I was wondering if theres any simple HID kits out there or even bulbs that i can install into my camry where it shows the big blue effects that most suit up cars have now a days or luxury cars. Its the kind where the whole header light is pure blue with no white and when its on it shows like 1 meter of blue light infront of you when your driving in the dark.

1- if its a tip that was sold on ebay, you probably just screw it on for looks.

2- HID kits are easy to come by on ebay, but to install them properly you need projector housings. To install a REAL HID kit in a regular set of headlamps creates a cutoff pattern of light that is very obtrustive to other drivers and may warrant a ticket.
