thanks once again to everyone.
my wires touch in two locations (these wires are slightly longer than factory), that shouldnt be a problem as they are insulated right?

I've driven it and it drives flawlessly. Probably just mental but it feels like its more powerful and responsive (im sure its just mental..lol).

Here are some pictures after i finished. I did loose a plastic piece that kept the wires separate near the rear of the engine but i think things will be okay without it. It fell somewhere down by my steering rods - i tried to get it out by going over speed bumps gas/brake but it doesnt work, and i can't even see it.

i got my plugs a few months ago at autozone. I forgot how much...around 7 bucks a pop?

www.sparkplugs.com can give you an idea.

May be a nit but I think you want to avoid wires contacting. A contact like + is okay but two or more parallel could give you grief. Looking at your pics I would think you could get all of the wires on the same side of the coolant cap and use seperator clips........ ?

Get's rid of the dist. Which means less resistance.
Also less maintenance [no cap/rotor to replace].

Packaging them on the engine is more space efficient and also shortens the spark path [not really anything as electricity moves at the speed of light].

FYI bank 1 is the rear bank [135] and bank 2 would be the front bank [246].
