3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I'm curious as to what you other fellow Gen3 AND Gen4 Camry owners are paying monthly for insurance. I know something like this has been discussed before, but I believe it was quite old. Anyways, just show the same information I put below. I know that in my case, my Camry is more expensive monthly than my SAAB 900S was. Also list any accidents or violations that may have affected your rates (usually insurance companies only look at the past 3 years, sometimes 5. Just curious to see if anyone else pays out of their nose like I do. Insurance companies FTL!!!
Car: 1994 Toyota Camry Coupe LE V6
Violations: 3 speeding tickets and an at-fault totalled car (within the last 3 years)

Payments: $488 every 6 months!!
WTF, Geico charged me 400 for 6 months on my 96 Camry LE sedan and it's only for liability. I might as well get the full coverage.
I'm paying $149.43 every 6 months for full coverage. I'm 46 and haven't had an accident since I was 20. I have my car insurance and homeowners with the same company so they give me a multipolicy discount, and I've had the same insurance for over 20 years so I get a longtime customer discount.
i dont know what the amount is just for the camry, but for all my cars and my wife as a driver (she has a clean record, and i have one speeding ticket in the past 3 years) we pay $648 for 6 months. oh, and just liability on the camry and the camaro is registered as a 'pleasure vehicle.'
'94 V6 SE Coupe
liability only,(cuz i drive to cautious for an accident to be my fualt)
$117 a month, i think i still have one speeding ticket that might be hovering around.
