3rd Generation Yota newb: bought a camry... 310K! Questions

Hey guys new here. Got a what I hope is a deal on a '93 XLE V6 auto with over 310000 MILES, not km on the odometer. Not currently running but previous owner swears it ran well when it was parked. It was his mother's car and she parked it because it need brakework and a drive belt. I haven't had much of a chance to look at the car and not sure what I'm going to do with it after its running and drivable (plan on fixing it, hopefully its not too much work). I know it turns over fine and has been very well maintained and parts were replaced as needed (have receips), many at dealership. Trans has also been replaced, and maybe headgasket. The body is in awesome condition for a MN car. I own several vehicles but my current daily driver is a 2nd Gen Acura Integra.

Think there is any chance the motor will hold out for a while at 310K!?
Are these V6 motors costly/hard to rebuild?
Whats the highest miles you've seen these hold up for?
Any mods that you just gotta do to these things? I'm new to toyota!
Any other thoughts and opinions would be appreciated!

Although I have a 4 Cylinder camry (1992 Camry LE), but the current mileage on the car is 317300 Miles - on the origional engine with everything stock. I just do regular maintenance. It runs gr8. I drive atleast 2500 miles a month. I'm just planning to put in new suspension. The origional suspension on it is finally showing its age. Nothing else has been changed on the car.

how much did u buy that car for? and wut sounds good and is probaly cheaper is go thourgh and replace all gaskets and check how the internals of the engine are looking. if there is alot of slug then u should clean and/or replace the valves and pistons. dont just rely on me for help i am sure alot of other people know more

Obviously I plan to get it running first, not planning any major mods whatsoever but I have a hard time leaving anything stock. geesh. Did crank it over and it sounded good, haven't had any time to mess with the car as its 100miles away for the time being. I'm pretty certain I can trust the seller and that it ran when it was parked. I got the car in a trade. I will replace gaskets as needed and see if i can get her internally clean as possible. Going to test compression and see what I'm getting for numbers... What should i be getting?

My girlfriend's dad was like literally 40 miles away from hitting 500,000 when his tranny finally crapped out and refused to shift out of neutral.
