95 Cmary Tranny Problem??

I have a 95 Camry 4cyl with an automatic transmisison. I have recently been experiencing a problem with the car shifting between gears and in the lately I have experienced a loss in power totally. The car barely accelerates (my 0-60 time might be like 12sec). There are 210k on the car, but only 40-50k on the motor and transmission. I am totally clueless abuot what this might be. I have heard everything from torque convertor to silonoids, to new tranny, everything. Any advice you guys can give me would be great. I have checked the tranny fluid and its fine so anything you can help with I would love it.

Are you sure it is the transmission and not the engine? Is the transmission slipping or shifting into a taller gear resulting in engine lugging? The link below has access to Toyota service manuals. The manuals have a very good diagnostics section.
