94 to 96 MAF (1-MZ)

Does any one know if the mass air flow will work from a 94 1mz to a 96 1mz? The current one in my car is a bit faulty and i already have one from the junkyard, but some of the numbers are alittle different. The connector and everything else is the same. I just don't want to put it in and damage the computer. Thanks

it should work fine, the only difference between the three years is that the 94 1mz has a different ingition setup.
